Why should you trust me? There is a sacred trust that needs to be achieved to do this work. This trust is given by you and earned by me. Perhaps by knowing a bit of my background, you might feel you can learn to trust me.

I’ve been a worker and leader in the helping profession in both urban and suburban environments for 30 years, supporting people through challenges like abuse, grief, marriage issues, conflict, addiction, and more. I approach counseling from a supportive, non-judgmental stance, desiring for each client to know I am with them and for them.

Being married for over 30 years and having two adult sons whom we adopted as infants from Vietnam, I have a lived experience of knowing parenting and marriage are difficult; both stir up internal sludge we might not otherwise have been aware of. I've faced the challenges of parenting and leadership, which fuels my passion for helping others on their journeys.
