“Our job is not to deny the story, but to defy the ending—to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, Yes. This is what happened. And I will choose how the story ends.” – Brené Brown, Rising Strong

Hello! I am so glad that you are here and exploring a healing journey. I know that who you have walk alongside you on your healing journey really matters and I am honored you have landed on my page.

What drew me to the counseling field is a desire to work with people and offer hope to those who are hurting. Through my own mental health journey, I understand that counseling can offer a safe place to explore and process heavy experiences and big emotions. Since counseling has been instrumental in my own healing process, I have a desire to walk alongside others as they work through struggles. My professional experience has all centered around relationship building and counseling allows me to use those skills to dive deeper into the healing process and rewarding inner work. There is so much happening in the world and I want to use my experience and skills to offer support.
